I mean, it’s Orlando, Florida….close your eyes and point. There are so many places to eat, shop, and adventure here. It’s no wonder it is the #1 vacation destination in the world!

1. Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach, Florida
   We start here for our Road Trip Planner because it is the best place to start!
   
   Ron Jons is a surf shop chain founded in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Ron Jons sells surfboards, swimwear, and other beach-related items. The company was founded in 1984 by Ron DiMenna and Jon Weisberg. The first store was located on Cocoa Beach’s Main Street, A1A, beachfront avenue. The company has been successful, and in 2001, it was named the “Retailer of the Year” by Surf Industry Manufacturers Association.

2. Kennedy Space Center
   Kennedy Space Center is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Florida. We would be remiss to not include it on our Ultimate Road Trip route for you.

Every year, millions of people come to see the launch pads, the rockets, and the astronauts. Kennedy Space Center is also a great place to learn about space science and technology. There are many interactive exhibits and demonstrations that will teach you about the history of space exploration and the future of space travel. Kennedy Space Center is a must-see for anyone interested in space or science.

3. Daytona Beach International Speedway
   For a fast thrill and see the greatest damn racetrack on Earth, the Ultimate Road Trip Planner will certainly make the grade!
   
   Daytona Beach International Speedway is a speedway located in Daytona Beach, Florida. It was founded in 1959 by Daytona Beach businessman Bill France Sr., and is now owned and operated by Daytona International Speedway Corporation. The track is 2.5 miles (4.0 km) long, with a seating capacity of 168,000.

Daytona Beach International Speedway is one of the most famous and popular racing venues in the world. Daytona has been home to some of the most iconic moments in motorsports history, and continues to be a mecca for race fans from all over the globe. Daytona is also one of the most challenging tracks on the NASCAR circuit, with its high banks and long straightaways providing a unique test for drivers and teams. Daytona International Speedway has been the site of some of the most unforgettable moments in motorsports history and is sure to provide many more in the years to come.

4. Ponce De Leon Fountain of Youth, St. Augustine, Florida
   The fountain of youth is a spring that is said to have magical powers. According to legend, anyone who drinks from the fountain will be young forever.

The fountain of youth was first mentioned in a Spanish book called “La Florida” which was written by Ponce de Leon. In the book, Ponce de Leon said that he had found the fountain while exploring the area that is now known as Florida.

There are many people who believe that the fountain of youth actually exists. However, there is no scientific evidence to support this claim.

Some people think that the fountain of youth may be located in St. Augustine, Florida. This is because Ponce de Leon landed in St. Augustine when he first arrived in Florida.

5. Devil’s Den Prehistoric Springs, Gainesville, Florida
   Devil’s Den is a popular tourist destination in Gainesville, Florida. The site is home to a series of natural springs, which are believed to be the remains of a prehistoric freshwater aquarium.

The Devil’s Den Springs is located in a karst landscape, which is characterized by its limestone bedrock and underground drainage system. The springs are fed by the Floridan Aquifer, which is one of the world’s largest freshwater aquifers.

6. Panama City  Beach, Florida

7. Jackson Square, New Orleans, Louisiana

8. Vicksburg National Military Memorial, Vicksburg, Mississippi

Graceland was built in 1957 by Elvis Presley. The two-story Colonial Revival-style house sits on Graceland Drive just south of Elvis Presley Boulevard (formerly Mulberry Street) in Memphis. Graceland was originally 10 acres (4 hectares).

Graceland was opened to the public for tours on June 7, 1982. More than 600,000 people visit Graceland each year.

10. Toltec Mounds Archeological State Park, Little Rock, Arkansas
    Toltec Mounds Archeological State Park is a historic site in Little Rock, Arkansas. The park is home to a number of ancient mounds, which were built by the Toltec people centuries ago. 11. Chickasaw Reservation Visitor Center, Chickasaw, Oklahoma

23. Crater Lake National Park, Oregon
    Crater Lake National Park is a national park located in southern Oregon. Established in 1902, Crater Lake National Park is the fifth-oldest national park in the United States and the only national park in Oregon. The park encompasses the caldera of Crater Lake, a remnant of a destroyed volcano Mount Mazama, and the surrounding hills and forests.

Crater Lake is one of the deepest lakes in North America, with a depth of 1,949 feet (594 meters). The lake is known for its clear blue water and spectacular views. The rim of Crater Lake National Park is about 7,000 feet (2134 meters) above sea level.

28. Lewis and Clark Caverns, Montana
    The Lewis and Clark Caverns are a natural wonder in the northern great lakes area of Montana. The gorge is completely covered with incredible wall-to-wall wall stalactites, columns, and pillars of natural stone. This tourist attraction has been called “the most beautiful sight you will see in the lower 48” by many people; you just have to see it for yourself! The caverns contain a number of notable features including the famous Trillium Room,where French explorer Marie-José Trillium wrote her letters home, as well as numerous other historic structures such as the trading post, fort, wharf, and warehouse where Jean Chéron camped out his last winter in 1804.

40. Middle Covered Bridge, Woodstock, Vermont
    The bridge is a single span wood covered bridge that was built in 1871 by John R. Woodson and is located at Woodstock, Rutland County, Vermont.  It was originally known as the Woodstock Bridge. It is now open to pedestrians only and has been restored as a historic landmark.

The bridge is in the style of the 19th century, but the roof is not original. The bridge was closed to traffic in 1972, and was restored and reopened in 1985.

The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Woodstock Covered Bridge is located just south of the junction of Route 2 and Route 7 in Woodstock, about halfway between Rutland and Burlington. The bridge is located on the west side of Route 2, just south of the intersection with Route 7. The bridge is accessed by a set of concrete steps on the west side of the road. 

41. Mt. Washington State Park, New Hampshire
    Mt. Washington State Park is a popular campground in New Hampshire. It is located on the slopes of Mt. Washington, and is a popular destination for hikers and campers. 43. Mall Street Salem, Salem, Massachusetts

Many witchy witch stores for real witchcraft supplies and resources are available in this part of Old Salem.  There are also museums and memorials for the many victims of the Salem Witch Trials of the 17th and 18th centuries.
